The Arab countries that will pass the debris over during the period of potential for a fall are Oman, Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Palestine. The fall may be seen from its neighboring countries.
The risk is very small but not non-existent.
The likely period for the Chinese missile debris to fall is between 01:11 and 03:11, during which it will pass over the Levant at 02:11, central Saudi Arabia at 02:14, and Oman at 02:16. All are GMT. If it fell during a night traffic, it would be seen as a burning and scattered body moving quickly.
